To record the messages of both types (incoming and outgoing)

To record both types of mail (incoming and outgoing) and follow-up internally with other departments in the organization, and consists of two parts: the archive files and follow the course of treatment in the institution, and transform mail between departments and employees.

Functions:

  1. Archive the inbox of the institution.
  2. Query and transfer transactions for employees.
  3. Evaluation of completed transactions.
  4. In addition to other functions provided by the program.

Features:

  • Support work on the networking and SQL Server databases.
  • Attached documents inside the database is stored in encrypted form and thus increasing the safety and protection.
  • Export data to supported files such as MS Excel.
